Nestled in the heart of one of Toronto’s most luxurious neighbourhoods, this project incor- porates the historic Mount Sinai Hospital façade, while creating a new development that combines retail, commercial, and office space at ground level, topped by two distinct, luxury condominium buildings above. A copper canopy and a communal landscaped courtyard with water features link the two buildings. The 8-storey west building features 30 spacious resi- dential units with tall floor to ceiling windows, expansive balconies, roof-top terraces, and copper and stone cladding details. Articulated with clean modern lines, the 17-storey east building contains similar copper and stone accents. These are joined by a two storey retail podium along Yorkville, clad in cut stone with large two-storey windows accented with cop- per trim. Along the Scollard Street elevation, a row of elegant townhouses knit the project within the residential scale of the neighbourhood, while also enclosing the communal gardens.
