Willow Park at Bayview is a sophisticated nine-storey, 75-unit infill residential building located in an established residential neighbourhood in North York. Surrounded by mature woodlands, the building’s design addresses tight municipal zoning restrictions that apply to the site through providing seamless transitions between the existing low-rise residential on one side and the high-rise residential on the other. The large balconies and generous terraces take advantage of the parkland views and elegant gardens surrounding the Willow Park site. The warm and stately façade composed of brick and glass have been utilized in the 85,000 sf building to provide both a contextual and material connection to the building’s elegant surroundings.
